The Borno State Ministry of Inter-Governmental Affairs and Special Duties serves as the strategic link between the Borno State Government and other tiers of government, development partners, and special intervention programs. It coordinates intergovernmental relations, oversees special projects, and ensures effective delivery of government initiatives across ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs).
The Ministry plays a pivotal role in managing bilateral and multilateral partnerships, fostering inter-state and national collaboration, and providing administrative support for high-priority government programs, emergency responses, and special assignments as directed by the Governor.
